Refund & Cancellation Policy – Ikaria Drive

This Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made directly with Ikaria Drive through our official website. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Free & Partial Refunds

  • 72 hours or more before pickup: A refund of 80% of the total rental amount will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Between 24 and 72 hours before pickup: A refund of 50% of the total rental amount will be issued.

2. Late Cancellations & No Refunds

  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund will be issued.
  • After vehicle pickup: Once the reservation is completed and the vehicle has been delivered, no refunds will be granted.
  • No-shows: Failure to collect the vehicle at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

3. Vehicle Damages & Replacement

The customer is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by misuse, negligence, or violation of traffic laws.

In the event of mechanical failure or damage not caused by misuse, Ikaria Drive will provide a replacement vehicle within 24 hours, subject to availability.

4. Modifications

  • Reservation changes (e.g., pickup/drop-off time or location) must be requested at least 24 hours before the original pickup time.
  • All changes are subject to availability.
  • If the modified reservation has a lower cost than the original booking, no partial refund will be issued.

5. Force Majeure

Ikaria Drive shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions). In such cases, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
