Terms & Conditions – Ikarian Drive
These Terms & Conditions govern the rental and use of vehicles provided by Ikarian Drive. By booking through our website, you agree to the following terms.
All bookings must be paid in full by credit card via our website.
In-person payments may also be made in cash.
Booking confirmation is valid only upon successful payment.
Drivers must be at least 18 years old.
A valid driver’s license must be presented at pickup.
We reserve the right to refuse service if valid documentation is not provided.
The renter is fully responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during the rental period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Traffic fines, parking violations, or other penalties are the renter’s responsibility.
Misuse, negligence, or violation of traffic laws may result in additional charges.
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location.
Late returns may incur additional fees.
Reservation changes (e.g., pickup/drop-off time or location) must be requested at least 24 hours before pickup and are subject to availability.

Ikarian Drive shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
